Delivery
Maison Marjo ships worldwide. Once your private reservation is confirmed and payment received, we prepare and dispatch your timepiece with insured, tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days after order confirmation. This timeline begins once payment and shipping details are finalized.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on your destination country, import duties or taxes may apply. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Because every reservation is confirmed personally with our atelier before payment, returns are handled on an individual basis. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
For any other return request, please write to us within 14 days of delivery — we will do our best to accommodate you.
